About us...
Hi there, we (Reggie & Rachel) are the heart behind WeNSpireU. We are committed to supporting individuals, couples and groups through the journey of life. We have provided counseling services for over 19 years, and are thrilled to continue on the path with new clients. We have been involved in real estate (Reggie) and education and counseling (Rachel) for over 25 years. We've been joyfully and gratefully married for 27 years. We use our experiences and knowledge as individuals in various stages of life, and as an evolving committed couple through many ups and downs, to provide counseling, consultation and facilitation services to individuals, couples and groups. Rachel Copeland, LPC Resident & School Counselor
Individual Counseling
Rachel is a full-time middle school counselor and is completing her Residency as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in VA, She provides therapy services for children through adults. She specializes in connecting with preteens, teens and young adults. She is passionate about diversity and equity. Rachel incorporates positivity, goal-focused learning and encouragement in help approaches. Sessions are offered virtually, or outdoors in Herndon area during nice weather days. Each session is 50 minutes, and are scheduled afternoons and evenings, Mon-Fri.

Couples Counseling
Rachel and Reggie have been working with couples for over 19 years. Originally, as senior pastors of a local, non-denominational, Christian community church they supported couples in strengthening and overcoming obstacles Through the years, Reggie and Rachel have worked with dating, engaged, and married people at all stages of relationships. Their approach is to partner with couples to identify goals and work in partnership to find productive solutions.
Life Coaching
Rachel received her certification in professional coaching from the George Mason University Center for Well-Being in 2017. Since then, she has been partnering with individuals to identify and reach personal goals for life. Her approach is supportive, warm and encouraging. She believes you can do it, and will work with you to get there.

Free counseling & Low Cost Counseling
Rachel is passionate about bringing mental health support to those that need it. She firmly believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Sometimes, insurance and finances can be obstacles to easily accessing care. Rachel offers up to four 25-min mini-sessions obligation-free. She also offers flexible pricing, on a case-by-case basis.

Wedding Services
Together, Reggie and Rachel partner with couples to get ready for their wedding day! Reggie is a licensed minister in the state of Virginia. Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor Resident in the state of Virginia. Drawing on their own marriage journey of 27+ years, they support couples in preparing for one of the most important days of their lives. Two options are available:
Option 1: 3 premarital counseling sessions only
Option 2: 3 premarital counseling sessions, rehearsal ceremony, Reggie as the wedding officiant for the ceremony and wedding planning prep.

Real Estate Instruction & Speaking
Reggie uses his 27+ year career in the real estate industry to equip emerging and experienced leaders for today's real estate market. He provides guest speaker and real estate instruction to associations. You will find him traveling all over the state of Virginia to conduct training and education classes for all things real estate.

Counseling and coaching sessions are available weekdays between 4-9pm Mon-Fri. Real estate services are coordinated by date and time.
Wedding services are scheduled with couples as agreed upon.
Payment Information
Payment is collected at each session. We do not participate with any insurance. We do offer short-term free counseling sessions, and offer flexible payment options on a case-by-case basis, as needed.
